Connect Claude to Envoplan
One setup for Pipedrive, Outlook and Teams. Start with your name — spelling and capitals don't matter.
Welcome back
There's already a setup under that name. Paste the token from your Claude personal instructions (the line that says My Envoplan token is… or My Pipedrive token is…) and we'll carry on from where you left off.
Starting fresh creates a new token. Anything connected to the old one keeps working until you replace the line in your Claude instructions.
Connect Pipedrive
Paste your personal Pipedrive API token. We check it with Pipedrive before saving it.
Find it in Pipedrive: click your profile picture (top right) → Personal preferences → API → copy Your personal API token. Open that page.
Your connections
Everything below is linked to one token. Sign in with Microsoft once, add any extra email addresses you use, then finish.
Microsoft 365
Sign in with the Microsoft account you use for Outlook and Teams. Claude can file, flag and draft email (never send) and read/send Teams messages as you.
Your email addresses
Your own email is added automatically when you sign in. Got another address too, such as a Noble+Eaton one? Type it below and click Add. There's no need to sign in again: if you can already open it in your Outlook, Claude can use it.
The primary address is the one Claude uses when you don't say which. Claude reads all of them, tells you which address each email came to (Envoplan or N+E), and replies from that same address.
You're set up
Two last things, then Claude knows who you are.
1 Add one line to Claude's personal instructions
Copy this line, open your personal instructions (in Claude: Settings → Account), paste it anywhere and save. If you have an older "My Pipedrive token is…" line, replace it with this one.
2 Connect the Envoplan connector in Claude
Open Claude's connectors page, find Envoplan – Pipedrive Microsoft Outlook Teams and click Connect. If it's already connected, you're done.
