You need to copy your personal API key from Pipedrive:

You'll be sent to Microsoft to sign in with your @envoplan.co.uk account and approve access. Claude will be able to file, flag and draft emails in your mailbox — it can never send email. Claude can also read and send Teams chat and channel messages, always with your confirmation first. Every action is logged and visible to you. After connecting, you'll get a line to add to your Claude personal instructions (separate from your Pipedrive token line).
